David Warner "rested" for NZ tour

Davey Dumb Dumb Warner have been left out of the Aussie squad for the ODI series in New Zealand, to prepare for the Test tour of India.
Australia have picked a 14-man squad for the three-match series against the Black Caps, which begins at Auckland's Eden Park on January 30.
Shaun Marsh and Aaron Finch have been selected as Warner is rested.
